I am always pleased with the service at this Lexus Dealership. Also, I would like to commend Bobby Blaushfield – “he makes sure that my car is taken care of properly”. He is definately an asset to the dealership.

While we did paperwork and took delivery, Bobby Blaushild managed to fit in service on our 98 ES which we bought new from Lexus Monterey. We’re selling the ’98 to a friend so we wanted to be sure it was O K.

We purchased our first Lexus from Ray Kausin and our buying experience was outstanding. We first met Ray last summer when we test drove a couple of Lexus models. Ray was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were no unwelcome aggressive sales techniques employed or frequent follow-up calls. However, we did receive a thank you letter for our visit and test drive. This month, we returned to Lexus Monterey and asked for Ray. We purchased an ES350 and were very pleased with the way that Ray handled the sale. He is very professional and addressed each of our concerns and questions in a responsive manner. He assisted us in learning about the many features in the Lexus. We highly recommend Ray and are impressed with the Lexus Monterey dealership. We also met with Michael Phillips (Finance Manager)and Bobby Blauschild (Assistant Service Manager) and found them both to be helpful and customer service oriented.
